Agenda
Is this the final agenda?
When should I arrive to Qnections?
Our registration and welcome reception is on Tuesday, June 9 from 4 – 7 pm in the Tech Expo Hall. Therefore, we encourage attendees to arrive and register Tuesday, June 9 rather than wait until Wednesday morning, June 10, to avoid longer wait times.
Who should attend Qnections?
Qnections is for everyone: end-users, senior leaders, and IT professionals. Qnections is expanding and adding to its traditional user group conference to include compelling sessions for senior leaders and more peer-led content throughout. There will be a variety of sessions with focused content designed specifically for each type of Quorum customer.
Can I pick and choose my schedule like last year?
Yes! The agenda selection is available during the online registration process with a complete list of all sessions. You will be able to pick and choose any sessions you’d like to attend throughout the conference. Check out our track suggestions personalized to you.
What sessions can I attend? Do I have to stay within tracks for products I own or can I attend tracks for other products I'm interested in?
Similar to previous years, Qnections 2020 opens all end-user sessions to all Qnections attendees. This way, you can explore other products you may be interested in or see how other departments across your organization utilize Quorum software.
I’m attending the Golf Tournament. What do I need to know?
The Qnections Golf Tournament will be held June 9 with a shotgun start at 8 am. Please arrive to Qnections on June 8. You will need to contact the MGM Grand directly to extend your hotel stay. Transportation will be provided to and from the Bali Hai golf course, as well as breakfast and lunch. Rental clubs are available. Golfers will be contacted directly by Quorum for further instructions and scheduling prior to the event.
Hotel
Who do I contact with questions about the room block or hotel reservations?
As with previous years, Quorum has worked with the MGM Grand to bring you one inclusive fee which bundles the cost of the conference along with a 3 night stay at the resort, June 9, 10 and 11. Please let us know if you have any special room requests as we are managing the bulk of the hotel logistics this year. For any further information please send an email to usergroup@qbsol.com.
Can I extend my stay at the resort?
Yes! If you need to extend your stay outside of the conference dates, June 9, 10, and 11, please contact the MGM Grand directly. Let them know you are part of the Quorum conference. They also have great packages to explore surrounding areas.
Can I change the dates I’m staying at the hotel or reduce the room nights?
Unfortunately no. Your conference fee includes the hotel nights of June 9, 10, and 11. We cannot accept any changes or substitutions. However, you are welcome to extend your stay by contacting the MGM Grand directly.
Registration and Attendance
Can I only pay the conference fee? Is there a way to unbundle the overall cost of $1499 USD ($1299 Early Bird)?
Unfortunately no. In order to bring you a conference at the MGM Grand and keep the costs down for attendees, we negotiated one flat price for the use of the conference facility along with dedicated room blocks. This gave us more leverage to keep the price low for our customers. You do have the option of using FlexPay. It’s still an overall price of $1499 USD ($1299 Early Bird), but you can split the total payment and be charged for just $849 ($649 Early Bird) upon registration. You will then be automatically charged the remaining balance of just $650 as a second transaction on May 1.
How do I get Continuing Education credits?
Quorum offers Continued Education through the following
Associations:
NASBA – National Association of State Boards of
Accountancy
National Association of Lease and Title Analysts (NALTA) –
Lease and Title Analysts
National Association of Division Order Analysts (NADOA) –

What is the last day I can register?
The last day to register is May 15, 2020. However, we strongly recommend registering before April 10 to reserve your spot and take advantage of Early Bird Pricing to save $200. We expect spots to fill up quickly and encourage you to secure your place ASAP. All registration will close on May 15, 2020.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes! We know the resort is spectacular and you may want to bring a guest. You will be provided an option to select a Guest Package when you register. The Guest package is priced at $275 and includes the 2 networking receptions, Hakkasan Party, and all meals.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You will receive a full refund if you cancel on or before May 1, 2020. No refunds will be issued after May 1, 2020 or for no shows.
If I can no longer attend, can I transfer my registration to a colleague?
Yes, but please do so before May 15, 2020 to provide us with enough time to work with the hotel to transfer attendee information and make sure that registration funds are allocated correctly.
What should I wear?
Most conference attendees wear business casual attire.
What does the registration fee cover?
The total registration cost of $1499 USD ($1299 Early Bird) covers the conference registration fee, 3 nights’ stay at the hotel, 2 networking receptions, Hakkasan Party, and all meals and refreshment breaks.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
All food at the conference is served buffet style. At every meal, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options will be provided. If you have dietary restrictions beyond those listed, please note them accordingly on your registration form in the space provided.
Are meals provided at Qnections?
